Boost loans is a **** I app**** for a loan and been paying them very well until I was laid off at work and tried to contact them and they couldn't reason with me to pay the R951 of what I owe I told them I couldn't pay until I went back to work and there's been no positive feedback but decided to garnish me for R951 and also pay the R2000 legal team they organized and not me I fail to understand what type of business is this and how do they operate even the bank can do so much better and their team is very rude

When I take a loan you quickly add the account to my credit report, but the one that I have paid off you do not close it from my credit report it remains there. This then affects my affordability. As it stands now my affordability includes the loan I took last month. I am not happy. I did send emails regarding this. Please do whats right. Other credit providers I paid off and within 4 days the account was closed on my credit bureaus

I had a loan with boosloans but was unpaid due to unemployment. I made a payment arrangement for R1000 monthly from June 2025. They debited me for the amount on the 19th June. I had a deposit made into my bank account for my rental which was a personal loan from a friend. Boosloans tracked my account and widrew 4 x R1000 from my account without approval. I queried with them and they cam back saying they cannot refund unpaid loans. This I feel is *******. So am creating the awareness of their rougish business tactics. This is ******* and they won't refund me yet I am unemployed and in need although I had a payment arrangement in place. People please beware. Ridiculous behavior from them.

I will give you 1 out of 10 because i app**** for the loan on the 14th Dec my intention was to use the money fo my son's homecoming celebrations that was going to be held on the 19th, in your advert you said it is a one day to process the loan. I app**** for 8000 and according to your feedback you said according the information I gave you I qualify for 6000. Ok fine I was happy with that. But you took a couple of days until the 18th whereby you gave me instruction that I must do something I my App but to my surprise you approved 1200. Anyway I did that but you failed me dismal on the 19th I would not buy the things that I planned for. I only received 1200 last night the 22nd Dec from the 14th Dec. There is nothing now I am going to do because my celebrations are over🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Boost loans debited me 3 times for 1 payment and even worse they debited money that was in a separate savings account on my card... I'm furious?! Is this why they require that we accept 2 debi checks and those debi checks are almost double the money you're even supposed to be paying them back?! I want my money back!

Worst loan company

I app**** for a loan on 30 October 2024. Boost responded so quick and money was in my account. I emailed and asked to settle the account. They rep**** quick and I paid the full amount on 6 November 2024. I was still debited yesterday 15 October 2024 for the full amount. I can’t get through via phone. I’ve sent so many emails with no replies. This is absolutely ridiculous. I just want my refund or some kind of response to let me know they will process it. Their service is absolutely pathetic. I will never use their services again, it’s like they are **** artists. I just want my refund.
