Francois was very professional and patient with us. He managed to secure a very rate for us with our own bank. Their initial offer was not great. If Francois did not negotiate on our behalve, with rate offers from other banks, we would have been stuck for years in this bond with a poor rate and paying way to much over 20 years. The application process was easy. On top of all, the service is free.
