MSD Consulting has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is absolutely terrible, especially from Lizelle. Emails go unanswered for days, sometimes not at all, and promised callbacks never happen. Every interaction feels like you are being ignored or pushed aside. The biggest issue is that payments to creditors are consistently late, which directly affects clients financially. Despite repeatedly contacting them and requesting assistance, nothing gets resolved. I have also requested multiple times to cancel their services — which is my legal right — yet those requests have been completely ignored. To make matters worse, payments were still submitted to creditors after I specifically called and asked for this to be handled differently. I am now sitting a month behind on payments because of their incompetence and lack of urgency. It honestly feels like the staff cover for one another instead of helping clients. The standard response is always “we will send an email” or “someone will contact you,” but nothing ever comes from it. I would strongly caution anyone considering using MSD Consulting. Poor communication, no accountability, delayed payments, and complete disregard for client concerns have made this an extremely stressful experience.

Worst debt review company EVER. How does debt prescribe under debt review, ask MSD, only they can answer. They DO NOT answer mails. no call backs, and please DO NOT REQUEST documents from them, it WILL NOT be provided. I am STILL waiting for forms that I SUPOSSIBLY signed. I am completely dissatisfied with the services of your company, I took a risk to put myself under debt review causing a red flag to be next to my name in order have a once off payment made every month then rather having multiple payments made. I got word from Standardbank who has handed me over to LGR attorneys due to no payments being made to my credit card account, yet the Distribution statement of DCpartner shows that they pay atleast R228.04 a month. Now I feel like I was actually manipulated to be put under debt review because it seemed like a good way to save and also balance out my budget. I demand this matter to be resolved immediately because your consultants cant assist accordingly by explaining what is actually happening. I feel like I am being scammed and I am going to log a complaint with the FAIS Ombudsman as this is unacceptable.
