If I could give a -10 rating I would Firstly when applying for the loan they don’t state clearly that if you apply and they approve you are forced to pay a R98 fee every month Secondly they deducted R250 off my account after approval of the loan but was never give the money that I was apparently approved on This company is one big **** and we will make sure this company falls !

Debit order with no assistance.

dont ever use this company they have been trying to debit my account over 7 times with out helping me with or assisting me with a loan i foned in to cancel and they giving a long story about a cancelation letter and droping the fone in my er they are unproffesional and i hope this bussines closes dwn they are *****ing people.

I app**** for a loan a month ago with them and they did a debicheck of R98 which was not refunded back into my account..then today i got debited R98 again and i have never recieved any money from them

I app**** a loan at easyfin loan 6 months back after applying I accepted the debit mandate 2 days before I get my 350 I request to cancel.. they debited 250 then the next month I requested to cancel mind you they didn’t give me the loan of 350 a I app**** for ..after 3 months they debited R98 when I asked for cancellation they said no cancellation they kept on debiting from June until now guys I want refund because I didn’t get the loan you guys promised you are a ****

Absolutely disgrace

This company *****s your money by deducting R250 once off and for months thereafter R98 so you dont notice it. Their approach is absolutely disgusting by doing this. And when I phone them to cancel whatever this is they dont answer the phone.

App**** for a loan, was then redirected to 3rd party CPR accredited lenders and declined. the R250 was acceptable to pay as I read the terms and conditions and accepted the debit check mandate. However, since I was declined, they debited R98 as a service fee and was told in order to cancel I need to complete the cancellation form. I filled in the cancellation form and was told they would remove me from the debit mandate. Second month they did not debit me as thought nothing more of it. Second month the R98 amount went off again to which I notified them to cancel and was told to fill the same form in again. Seems the form to cancel which I 'm told to fill in gets no attention as they simply ignore my messages now and have deducted R98 this month again. This is left and they should be investigated, once they receive your debit check mandate, they simply lock you in and do not even entertain your cancellation form. they prey on victims that are looking for loans and desperate innocent people. The attitude and lack of pride in the messages suggests they know very well what they are doing and simply resort to say you should have read the terms and conditions. ****mers!!! This company engages in ********* practices. They require a Debicheck mandate before processing applications, then debit R250 without completing the application. The debit order cannot be reversed as they block that option. They exploit vulnerable individuals and misrepresent themselves as lenders when they are brokers, making it difficult to report them to regulatory bodies. I am currently engaging the Broker Ombudsman to determine the next steps to prevent further *****ulent activity.

When I called I asked for her name and Surname to report her to her own company because she was getting ******** with me on text , then she refused to give me her Surname. Easyfin Loan is a **** – Taking Money Without Giving Any Loan

I want to warn others about Easyfin Loan. This company has been debiting money from my account every month, yet I have never received any loan funds from them. Their contact number is **********, which is a cellphone number and not even a proper business line. When I called to query this, their consultants were extremely rude, shouting and screaming at me, and even hanging up the phone multiple times. They refuse to stop the debit order despite my clear requests. This company is clearly a **** preying on people. I am taking this matter further with the National Credit Regulator (NCR), the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA), and SAPS for ***** investigation.

I queried for a loan. Then I get an sms to approve a debit check to complete my loan process not knowing that they send my information to different companies. I then send an email to cancel their services and they reply with a lengthy email as to why I can't just cancel and they will still take their R250. They didn't give me this information in the very beginning. Yet I emailed them to cancel my application the very same day. My own bank can't even cancel tge debicheck. I just want tge manda

These people debited R250 from my account without providing me with any service. When I complained, they sent me a cancellation letter, stating that I need to pay the R250 (already deducted) + R98 for their service (which I didn't receive). They are ****mers and are taking desperate people's money to run their shady business.

Canceling the loan application

I app**** for a loan yesterday and approved my debit order mandate on my banking app today. However, because I have changed my mind,I wrote to the support...... email and instantly got a response with an official cancellation letter I can use to submit my cancellation request. I have read the cancellation terms on the letter, which state that the R250 subscription fee will be deducted on the day I mentioned and that that's when the cancellation will take effect. So far, I am pleased with the service, I think that reading the terms and conditions documents is of paramount importance, before submitting an application, to weigh your compliance chances with their service so that you do not feel unfairly treated in the end.

Easyfin cannot be trusted

After applying, they send an email that u wil soon get a debicheck and its is just st to verify ur personal details but at the end of the month they take the money, whether loan is approved or not, money cannot be disputed and when you confront them thats the time they reveal to u that the R250 is mandatory, i lost R348 from applying, my application was never accepted, I app**** 3times this month and stil got rejected so i am going to lose R696 Meaning i have lost R1044.00 From just applying for a loan thats soon rejected after approving the mandate People shouldn't trust this, its a *******

Easyfin loans deducted R250 from my account as an admin fee. The next month they deducted R98 for a subscription fee. I never wanted a loan from them but they deducted money from my account without my knowledge. I really do not know why they deduct my money and for what reason.

Bad service

This company claims to assist with loans , they send a debicheck which according to them will speed up the loan application. They don't give feedback regarding the status of the application and yet they debit 250 from your account for administrative purposes. Bad service from the WhatsApp consultant who is not helpful at all.

They take R250 from your bank account, whether you are approved or not without telling you. They send you a debicheck and say it's to check your credit details but it's actually to ***** your money. And the client liaisons are incredibly ****y when you complain.

Bad, bad customer service. I posted a negative review which was removed today. I did publish some incorrect facts and for that I publicly apologize. The service from the get go upon talking to the 1st agent. After I wanted a follow up was not satisfactory. I asked about my loan and the agent couldn't wait to tell me it's not 72hours yet. I app**** for debt review yesterday and got approved but then later retracted my application because I couldn't afford the provided installment pitched. I went back to EasyFinLoans advising them I did not go forward with debt review and would like to proceed with my application. Their first response immediately was my post. I haven't once been neared with warm customer service or any such thing. Now I am being threatened to take my posts of or they will put their lawyers onto me. I don't know what they think they will achieve by this as I am already broke and can't be incarcerated. I am ashamed of my desperation for money causing me to tolerate the poor customer service.
