Got a call yesterday from one of you guys consultant who provided me with details on how to change them instead of doing it themselves to make things easier. Please assist me in changing my cell number from my old number which is ********** to my new number ********** please as i have lost my old number, but your system still wants me to log in with my old number which i do not have. Can someone please assist!!! My new cellphone number to call me on is **********

Account remains open a year after payment was made

I have an issue with my account showing as open when payment was made. I did submit all the necessary documents including a letter from LGR stating it has been paid and closed to the collections@lendplus email address. My matter was being investigated and lendplus was waiting for LGR to respond to them. Please can someone advise me if this matter has any updates because this account has been open for over a year now.

Pathetic Administration and Accounts department

Their administration and account department is pathetic. I had a loan that I had an amount of R8785.2 that I had to pay back. Then I paid a R500 on the 2nd of Feb 2026 and I paid on the 27th of Feb a R8797.10 then they also debited me on the 27th of a R8785.2 I called to ask for my refund they stated they will pay me back. I sent emails with proof of payment tried the site for assistance and just nothing. I even went as far as taking another loan hoping their system will pick up my refunds but nothing, they paid the loan without me signing or confirming mandate. Today is the 16th of March and I havent received any refunds nor any communication from this company. I have lodge a complaint with the NFO as I am tired of struggling to get my own funds back or any communication from them. Again I call multiple times and sent alot of emails with no acknowledgement or a response

I wanted to apply for just R500

I wanted to apply for just R500. Then somehow I was approved for R1200 and the debit date was 2 days sooner than what I entered. I phoned the customer service line, they said “no worries, we will fix it on your behalf and then update the details to the correct amount.” Now it is saying that I was outright DECLINED, and that I have to wait 29 days to reapply. I cannot even get through to the customer service line anymore because that is also telling me I was declined. The chat bot cuts out every time I ask for the matter to be escalated. Horrible experience overall and now my credit score is probably going to take a knock as well due to the incompetence and negligence of LendPlus.

How difficult is it to get my refund of double payment

I have been waiting for acknowledgment of my refund request for a double payment and not a single acknowledgement of my email from 27 February 2026. My partner app**** for a loan with Lendplus. I paid half of the outstanding amount 2 days before the loan was due which was on the 25th Feb 2026. They debited the full amount on the 27th Feb 2026. We have been trying to get a refund with no luck. We have been calling twice a day with nobody answering the calls. I tried all their numbers. We have been sending emails to *********** everyday. Requesting feedback regarding our refund without getting any response. This is so frustrating and very disappointing. I always placed them as one of the top short term lenders in SA. But what a joke.

Let me start of by saying Avile is a star, I settled my loan a few days before my payday, but my mistake was not sending proof of payment, which made Lendus to deduct upon the agreed date even though it was already paid up. I had a loan that I paid a day before deduction. Money was deducted the following day. I've sent an email to support and tried calling with no help, even the chat has no consultant. Pathetic service

I have been struggling since the 24th February with payment. The application was approved and authorised, but to date no funds are reflecting. I have called numerous times, I called the bank as well to check if there is a problem on their side which they confirmed there is not. When you call the number provided, there is 1 out of a 100 chance that you get through. The amount of airtime wasted over the past couple of days is pathetic. I tried the online chat as well, but there is no consultants available. But i can assure you, come month end the funds will be deducted on time.

Very bad I paid manually on 23rd of December 2025 and January 27th 2026 boom debit on I called they said I should send them bank statements I did that after they said they can't locate the payment I must send reference number I did then I was told me it's not their account number but even on my bank statement it shows land plus technology I don't know if they just have manual payments to rob people!!!

Hello Its been 2 years I have been requesting for Lendplus to remove the enquire on my credit report to date without any assistance. In Decemeber a consultant told me to get affidavit, bank statement etc. who will pay for 2022 bank statements charges? And why should I get all that documents when you have a system in place that can show you that one didnt take any loan? I did apply for a loan and the payment method was an Ewallet. I called back in 2022 and explained that i did not withdraw the funds and the consultant that helped me at the time said she can see that the money was not withdrawn. So I am tired of sending countless emails without getting any assistance. Also I have asked a thousand times for my profile to be deleted which didnt happen till today! WHAT SHOULD ONE DO TO GET HELP FROM LENDPLUS?????

Lack of communication and no paid up letters

I have been trying since December to get a reply from them concerning my loan payments. I made a payment to settle my account and I have not received even an automated message back saying that they have received my money. My payment only reflects on the loan statement and the loan balance on the website reflects my balance change.
