I have accepted a debi check with no payment yet. i have email and tried to call them nobody responds to email and the number do not work.

I made an application with sunshine loans on Saturday the 7th of February 2026 today is the 9th February 2026 and the payment is not yet recieved, I approved a debit check an email notifying that I am aproved. I have sent them multiple emails none has been responded to

Sunshineloans is a ****, they will charge you for loans that have never been paid out

Sunshineloans is a ****, I have app**** for a loan and received and agreement which was signed but no funds have been paid into my account. I have tried calling their contact number which is invalid, no response to my email and I have already agreed to the debicheck mandate on the account. There is no way to cancel the debicheck as it has a no dispute on the debit meaning that customers will never get their money back. They are uncontactable so you can expect that this will never be resolved and you can say goodbye to your hard earned money. Its not too late for you, hope that you can learn from my experience and this information will help to prevent you from also being ****med. Please stay away from this **** loan company.

Bad service

Not happy with their service I took a loan on the 27/07/2024 and settled it on the 27/08/2024 sent through my proof of payment immediately. However they came to my account on the 23/01/2026 a year and 5 months later to debit my account. Does that make sense that your system decides to debit my account now. Despite my politeness, calling them numerous times and every agent keeps on saying they are escalating my query to a manager. Can someone take ownership for the bad service you are giving Sunshine Loans and resolve my query. I want my money back.

Horrible and unprofessional service.

I settled my payday loan early 19/01/26 and sent through my proof of payment. However they still debited my account. I sent numerous emails with no response. The phone number on their website doesn't work. I requested my refund via email and they don't respond. Don't know how I'm going to get my money back.

Never again with short term loans

I took a short term loan with Sunshine loans and signed a debicheck manditate for a deduction of the money I took, fast forward pay day came and they overcharged me.. been waiting for a refund since November 26 2025 and no response from their side been sending multiple emails no response and the status on my profile is still the same no change but I was supposed to get my refund in 3 business days.

Not happy at all I paid their loan on the 19th of December and even now it shows that I haven't paid I'm still active,I've send them emails and they not responding to my emails this is not good at all it's very BAD BAD BAD BAD

bad customer service

The fact that their lines are still not working after so long and there is no alternative number is a concern. You send emails and they are not answered is annoying

I paid on the 24 October 2025,when I check on my profile it states that im still active, and not paid. Can Sunshine please update my profile..being sending numerous emails but no answer

Accounts department apparently

You pay before the time then it’s “accounts department” that must fix the issue , you pay on time SAME THING! this is horrible! I feel so bad for the customer service agents why not allow an option to connect directly to this invisible accounts department that are struggling to fix the issue because it’s pathetic!

Sunshine hasn't paid me the money and yet there's a debit mandate approved 😭.

since in the morning after sending my document. to my portal and since then my application in process till now. thats new why i tried emailing them many times no respond

Phones not working

I'm have been using their services and received great service but their numbers is not working and they take long to respond to emails. Been requesting for a settlement letter

UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

For the last 8 months they helped me every month, but payment on 25 July'25 was different, direct debit order went of. Till today my account is in a credit with them. I can't apply for a loan cause my account hasn't been updated cause as per their accounts department the debit order didn't clear yet. Why is a direct debit order rake solong to clear..... ???

How SUNSHINE LOANS treats loyal customers

I have been using Sunshine loans since October 2023 and never missed a single payment. I have always made on time religiously. Today! they just declined me with out any answer. SO MUCH FOR TREATING YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS!

Its been 4 days they never sent the money into my account

no help from customer support

i was on a call with Maserame who is very rude and provided little to nothing help regarding my query. she didn't want my information to give me accurate response on my query, she behaved like their assistance is one size fit all. I am very disappointed that i even released the call without getting assisted.

Too long for money to be paid out

My first time applying with this company and never ever again. Yes it is a long weekend but I app**** on Thursday, today is Monday but still no loan after it was approved and everything. Wish I had read the reviews first.

Poor service,Still cant contact their landline

Their service is really bad. I have been a client for quite some time,but they take days before they can respond to emails,that's if they do. Their land line doeant work,no alternative number provided,its like we are dealing with a robot. What a frustration to sort out a simple query which is still unresolved.

Today i dealt with Precious and Violet telephonically

Today i dealt with Precious and Violet telephonically. They were both very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. And took the time to assist my every need with a solution. It was such a pleasure dealing with both of them. After the first call i was hoping to get through to Precious again BUT Violet was just as helpful.

Pathetic customer service

This is the worst service I have ever received I am having trouble uploading my bank statements online due to their system problems I have been trying to get a hold of them for 4 days and still not one response or feedback after countless emails this is very pathetic

I have been struggling to upload documents to their portal since Saturday. I have sent numerous emails to *********** as well trying to call the numbers on their website and I am not getting any responses. This is terrible service. No one responded to any emails either.

You supply a cell number and land line, You give people a portal but it does not work. I have been trying since this morning to apply for a loan but i have been battling since this morning to upload my documents, I have emailed them, tried to phone them no reply nothing

Good day, if you are looking for a payday loan, I recommend you do not use this company at all, they are not professional at all instead they ignore your emails and phone calls, this was my experience, for 2 months it went well no issues applications went through money was paid out semi quickly, the 3rd month is when it started i app**** for a loan and the account was blocked for whatever reason i can only now reapply 31.03.2025, I sent an email last week to find out what this reason was for this, I can only assume that it is because I did not qualify for the amount asked for, to date its been almost a week there was no call no response on my emails from them,a friend of mine had a different experience his salary came in 1 day late payment went off and they blocked his account with no communication, absolutely pathetic customer services or non whatsoever.Clearly this is a company that has enough business and they do not need anything from us smaller guys!!!

No feedback after loan application

I have been applying for a loan with no feedback.

Extremely disappointed

On the 26th of February I re-app**** for a loan it was approved. I then accepted a debi-check and waited but did not receive funds. On the 4th of March I got another email stating that I was approved still no funds received until now. I'm very disappointed in them. Its almost two weeks now of waiting.

You are never able to get in touch with these people. I had made an eft payment and I was still incorrectly debited in addition I have been trying to get a refund from these people for two weeks what a **** I want my money.

false debit order

very very bad service with rude consultants who even hang up the phone when you try to understand why they deducted more than they should. they dont debit on the agreed date then come back to debit more money claiming that there were no funds in your account. never ever take a loan from them they are a very bad lending company which deserves to be shut down
